Processing time:
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll get to work embroidering your item with care. We strive to ship within 1-3 weeks using the shipping service of your choice. During the holidays, these times might be extended.

- Dry on low heat setting or hang dry for best results
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron directly on design

Each item is embroidered to order and considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue due to an error on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can review the order and make it right. I will do everything in my power to do so.
